We will compose your day of timeline, a walk through, conduct a rehearsal, have a final planning meeting, vendor confirmation, personal item set up, oversee all set up and be your on-site supervisor along with my assistant for your entire day. This package helps you, your fiancé and the entire wedding party enjoy your day.

Pre Wedding

• Two pre-wedding consultations

• Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

• Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

Wedding Day

• Up to eight hours on site with your coordinator and one assistant

• Directing the ceremony processional

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of ceremony and reception

• Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, programs, etc.

• Coordinating pinning of boutonnieres

• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

• Distributing final payment and gratuity of vendors
