This package is perfect if you have a vision and you need someone to connect the dots and execute the event for you. 

Initial Meeting (1 hour): Get to know each other and discuss preliminary plans


Login to Aisle Planner- access to checklists, timelines, budget sheets, guest lists, seating charts, style guides, color palettes, wedding websites and more.


Open communication via phone, email and text at booking


Offer vendor suggestions and input 


Provide preferred vendor list


Provide seating chart/schematic 


Review event order from vendors


Event details meeting (2-3 hours)

2-3 months prior, go over entire event, create timeline, schematics, processional order and details sheet


Contact all vendors after Event Planning meeting and go over timeline, logistics, needs and requirements



Manage rehearsal (1 hour)

Go over personal decor list (30 minutes) 


At the Wedding


10 hours put into your wedding day, including an assistant 


Day of contact person for all vendors, welcoming them, assisting setup and answering any questions so you don’t have to.


Placement of all personal items for your ceremony and reception including but not limited to; guest book, programs, escort cards, ceremony items, signs, candles, games, etc.


Manage Ceremony Processional: line wedding party, cue music, send down aisle


Manage timing and execution of reception events: grand entrance, first dance, toasts, etc.


Assist your wedding party and guests with any questions or needs that arise


Pass out all the final payments and tips to your vendors 


Collect all your personal items  and repackage at end of wedding
