We will pick up the planning process wherever you left off and will guide you through the remaining planning process. We will help you manage rentals and fit your planning details with day of coordination.

Pre-Wedding

• Login to Aisle Planner- access to checklists, timelines, guest lists, seating charts, style guides, color palettes, wedding websites and more.

• Open communication via phone, email and text at booking

• Three pre-wedding consultations

• Supply any needed vendor recommendations

• Vendor contract review

• Negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks

• Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to wedding

• Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

 

Wedding Day

• Unlimited time on site with your coordinator and one assistant

• Directing the ceremony processional

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, programs, favors etc.

• Coordination pinning of boutonnieres

• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

• Wedding emergency kit
